2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ONBOARD. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. One account per person is allowed.

4. Earning Rewards

ONBOARD allows users to earn Coins and Cursors by completing offers, surveys, tasks, clicking ads, and other activities. Rewards are credited based on completion of the requirements set by our partners. We reserve the right to adjust reward values, availability, and payout rates at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location
• Create multiple accounts or refer yourself
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to complete tasks
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or reversal patterns
• Share your account with others or use another person's account
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the reward system

6. Fraud and Account Suspension

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity. Accounts flagged for fraud may be suspended, and rewards may be forfeited. Flagged users will see a warning and may submit an appeal through our support ticket system. We reserve the right to permanently ban users who engage in serious or repeated fraud.

7. Withdrawals and Payouts

Coins can be withdrawn to FaucetPay once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed or reversed if fraudulent activity is detected. We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses provided by users. Payout methods and minimums may change without notice.

8. Daily Resets

Daily features including the Daily Spin, Daily Checklist, and related rewards reset at 00:00 UTC (server time). This reset time is the same for all users regardless of their local timezone.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ONBOARD, including logos, text, design, and software, is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior authorization.

10. Third-Party Services

ONBOARD integrates with third-party offer providers, ad networks, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ONBOARD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all offers will be available at all times. Reward availability depends on third-party partners.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONBOARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have earned through the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ONBOARD after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use ONBOARD ceases immediately. Unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.
